Three Men Wise

For John and Mike

Today I had a whimsical thought. The three of us were the three wise men who sought out Mary’s baby. We sought and found and marveled at this Ascended soul. We took this long journey to assure ourselves that he did indeed arrive safely. His deep eyes were resplendent, his soul shining through. We rejoiced, gave gifts, went home. Who were the three wise men but us? So did we not incarnate together during this life time?
Happy Holidays

The Resurrection by Fazzini for post-Nuclear Earth

The Resurrection is a bronze and copper alloy statue by Pericle Fazzini that is “intended to capture the anguish of 20th century mankind living under the threat of nuclear war.” It represents Jesus rising from a nuclear crater in the Garden of Gethsemane.[1] The work was commissioned by Count Galeassi, the governor of the Vatican, and it was inaugurated on September 28, 1977. [2]

This statue is inside the Pope’s Audience Hall, built in 1971 by Italian architect Pier Luigi Nervi, massively overshadowing the Pontiff’s chair. As the audience faces the Pope and is ever reminded of the Vatican’s vision of post-nuclear Earth. Joe Martino writes that when viewed from different angles from afar the statue resembles a reptile. When looking at close range you than can see the face of the suffering Jesus.[3] I agree with Martino’s view that the subtle reference to a reptile is satanic in nature, I further add that the satanic underbelly of the Vatican views Jesus as suffering after a post-nuclear Earth. The Satanists in the Vatican commissioned The Resurrection to tell people that Jesus will be crucified in the post-nuclear Earth. These Satanists embrace Lucifer as the light-bearer.
